Throughout my career, I’ve focused on driving a culture of standard work and repeatable processes, stabilizing and simplifying core applications, reducing critical incidents, and improving IT service management processes. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and hold a MBA from Georgia State University.
In my practice I enjoy leading Lean Six Sigma trainings and coaching, solving process and performance problems, and delivering successful solutions. In addition to my success as a leader in the fields of business and IT, I have a personal passion for education. This passion sparked my decision to become a part-time instructor at Kennesaw State University where I taught Information Systems Management to Coles Business College students.
I currently reside in Atlanta, Georgia with my husband Tavares, our children Harrison & Kendall, and our beloved Cockapoo Lokey. My team and I look forward to working with you and your organization soon.
