Hi, I’m Yuquan

For 18 years, I worked for a Fortune 100 company where I led projects and programs in various organizations within their North American supply chain, as well as the corporate Information Technology group.

Most recently, I’ve spearheaded the Holloway Consulting Group practice for the last four years. At Holloway Consulting, we focus on helping corporate technology teams set goals, create plans, and solve complex problems.

I’ve work with Yuquan for a few years and it has been a pleasure. She has a calming presence, even among chaos. She is always aware of the room and takes the time to pause to ensure everyone is on the same page. Yuquan is able to hear frustrations and find a way through to a solution while also identifying key metrics to track along the way. I would highly recommend her to any company.

Ambitous Solutions

Yuquan has been an amazing mentor. I started my Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification through Change Healthcare. When I started the program, Yuquan was the lead instructor. From the moment I stepped in to class, she had the class engaged 100%. Not only did she ask how our previous nights was but she was also wanting to get to know you personally.

I worked with Yuquan at The Coca-Cola Company and I found her to be a great program manager who could connect with teams and move them in the right direction. She has shown an ability to lead projects involving technology and non technology driven solutions. I found her to be a capable Strategic partner to co-create strategies to move organizations forward.

This Isn’t Going Well — How Do We Pivot?

Pivot, pivot, pivot! — Ross Geller. The one with the cop (ep. 16, season 5). If you’ve ever done, well, anything in life, you know that things rarely go according to plan. Even the most seasoned PMs have faced unexpected issues during a project. What sets them apart...

Risk Management: Planning for the Unexpected

Wouldn’t it be nice to be able to guess everything that could go wrong — and come up with a step-by-step plan to address it before it even happens? Of course, it’s pretty much impossible to guess the future. However, we can make educated predictions and projections —...
